Au total, 27 incivilit\u00e9s<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9es, soit une baisse de 15,6<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>%<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 2024. La majorit\u00e9 des situations concerne les espaces d\u2019accueil, avec une vigilance particuli\u00e8re sur certains services.<\/p>\n

Les suites apport\u00e9es ont permis d\u2019adapter les r\u00e9ponses en fonction de la gravit\u00e9 des faits (avertissements, restrictions d\u2019acc\u00e8s, signalements ou proc\u00e9dures juridiques), dans une logique de protection des agents et de responsabilisation des usagers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

L\u2019accompagnement des collaborateurs constitue \u00e9galement un axe important\u202f: les agents concern\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un entretien avec leur manager, et des temps d\u2019analyse des pratiques professionnelles<\/strong> sont propos\u00e9s aux \u00e9quipes d\u2019accueil, sur la base du volontariat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

RECIT est un outil national des Caf qui permet de signaler, enregistrer et suivre les incivilit\u00e9s ou agressions subies par les agents en contact avec le public, afin de mieux pr\u00e9venir ces situations et prot\u00e9ger les \u00e9quipes.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Parall\u00e8lement, plusieurs actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es pour renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des sites<\/strong>\u202f:<\/p>\n

  • am\u00e9lioration des dispositifs anti intrusion,<\/li>\n

    La sensibilisation aux enjeux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fait \u00e9galement partie int\u00e9grante du parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux collaborateurs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Deux chantiers majeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9s en 2025 afin de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes et des b\u00e2timents\u202f: la modernisation du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie<\/strong> et la s\u00e9curisation des acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement renouvel\u00e9, avec le passage d\u2019un dispositif de base \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de cat\u00e9gorie A<\/strong>, conforme aux exigences des \u00e9tablissements recevant du public. Cette \u00e9volution permet d\u00e9sormais une d\u00e9tection automatique des d\u00e9parts de feu<\/strong>, un d\u00e9clenchement imm\u00e9diat des alertes et une mise en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 coordonn\u00e9e du b\u00e2timent (d\u00e9senfumage, gestion des acc\u00e8s, arr\u00eat des installations).<\/p>\n

    Ce renforcement am\u00e9liore significativement les conditions d\u2019\u00e9vacuation et l\u2019intervention des secours, tout en garantissant une meilleure protection des collaborateurs et des usagers.<\/p>\n

    Ces investissements s\u2019inscrivent dans une d\u00e9marche de pr\u00e9vention des risques<\/strong> et de s\u00e9curisation des environnements de travail, contribuant \u00e0 offrir des conditions d\u2019accueil et d\u2019activit\u00e9 s\u00fbres et adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
