probl\u00e9matiques de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>2025<\/strong>, une <strong>commission d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux am\u00e9nagements de poste<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place afin de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins individuels. Elle r\u00e9unit les acteurs concern\u00e9s (ressources humaines, informatique, logistique et budget) et intervient \u00e0 partir des pr\u00e9conisations formul\u00e9es par la m\u00e9decine du travail et les ergonomes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette organisation permet de <strong>mieux coordonner les interventions<\/strong>, de prioriser les demandes, de s\u00e9curiser les d\u00e9cisions et d\u2019assurer un suivi adapt\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements, dans une logique d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Plus largement, cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans la volont\u00e9 de garantir un environnement de travail <strong>accessible et inclusif<\/strong>, permettant \u00e0 chacun d\u2019exercer son activit\u00e9 dans de bonnes portons en mati\u00e8re d\u2019<strong>inclusion<\/strong>, d\u2019<strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/strong> et de <strong>qualit\u00e9 de vie et des conditions de travail (QVCT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 rappeler le positionnement de notre Caf en mati\u00e8re de <strong>pr\u00e9vention et de protection des collaborateurs<\/strong>, autour d\u2019un principe affirm\u00e9 de <strong>tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro<\/strong> face aux comportements inappropri\u00e9s. Elle permet \u00e9galement de formaliser un cadre commun, de rendre visibles les dispositifs existants et d\u2019identifier clairement les interlocuteurs internes mobilisables.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers cette action, l\u2019organisme r\u00e9affirme sa volont\u00e9 de garantir un <strong>environnement de travail respectueux, s\u00fbr et \u00e9galitaire<\/strong>, attentif \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 des personnes et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des situations \u00e0 risque. Cette d\u00e9marche contribue \u00e0 ancrer durablement une culture professionnelle fond\u00e9e sur le respect, la confiance et la responsabilit\u00e9 services<\/strong>, ce groupe a analys\u00e9 plusieurs th\u00e9matiques cl\u00e9s en lien avec l\u2019inclusion et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les <strong>st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes<\/strong> et les situations de <strong>discrimination<\/strong> li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019usure<strong> professionnelle<\/strong> et la pr\u00e9vention des risques,<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>transmission des savoirs et des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019attractivit\u00e9<strong> des emplois<\/strong> pour les salari\u00e9s en fin de parcours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue des travaux, des actions concr\u00e8tes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es, parmi lesquelles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des actions de sensibilisation pour lutter contre les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues et accompagner les salari\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>la mise en place d\u2019entretiens RH cibl\u00e9s, notamment \u00e0 partir de 58 ans ou apr\u00e8s une longue absence,<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9veloppement du tutorat pour favoriser la transmission des comp\u00e9tences,<\/li>\n<li>une r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019adaptation de certains postes, notamment en situation d\u2019accueil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 de mieux anticiper les \u00e9volutions des parcours professionnels, de valoriser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des collaborateurs et de favoriser un environnement de travail <strong>inclusif et \u00e9quitable \u00e0 tous les
