r\u00e9solument sociales, il est apparu naturel pour la Caf de l\u2019Ain de continuer ses efforts dans le choix des fournisseurs. Ainsi, d\u00e8s que la mission le permet, la Caf de l\u2019Ain choisit ses prestataires au travers de march\u00e9s publics contenant des clauses \u00e0 vis\u00e9e \u00e9cologique ou sociale. Il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9serv\u00e9 dans sa globalit\u00e9 ou en partie. Il en existe deux sortes :  ceux r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques qui emploient des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s ou d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, et ceux r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux entreprises de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire. \n \nCela signifie que toutes les entreprises ne rentrant pas dans ces cat\u00e9gories ne peuvent pas r\u00e9pondre au march\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>achats responsables<\/strong>, en int\u00e9grant de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique des crit\u00e8res environnementaux et sociaux dans ses march\u00e9s publics. Cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 faire de l\u2019achat un levier concret de <strong>responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et environnementale<\/strong>, en coh\u00e9rence avec les orientations de la Branche.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a03e6e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a03e6e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les exigences sont prises en compte \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape : d\u00e9finition des besoins, analyse des offres et suivi des prestations. Plusieurs march\u00e9s illustrent cette dynamique, notamment dans les domaines de la propret\u00e9 ou de l\u2019\u00e9quipement, avec une attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019impact environnemental, \u00e0 la consommation de ressources et aux pratiques des prestataires.<\/p>\n<p>Cette approche permet \u00e9galement de soutenir l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale et de favoriser des partenaires engag\u00e9s dans des d\u00e9marches responsables.<\/p>\n<p>Les achats responsables contribuent ainsi \u00e0 concilier <strong>performance \u00e9conomique, impact l\u2019emploi local ;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place des <strong>indicateurs de suivi<\/strong>, afin de mesurer l\u2019impact des actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche se traduit \u00e9galement par des actions concr\u00e8tes, notamment en mati\u00e8re de <strong>sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et d\u2019optimisation des \u00e9quipements<\/strong> (modernisation d\u2019installations techniques, am\u00e9lioration des performances des b\u00e2timents, rationalisation des \u00e9quipements d\u2019impression).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 titre d\u2019illustration, la r\u00e9duction du parc de photocopieurs permet de diminuer les consommations d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de papier, tout en optimisant les co\u00fbts et les usages.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers ces orientations, l\u2019organisme affirme sa volont\u00e9 d\u2019inscrire ses achats dans une logique <strong>durable, sobre et responsable<\/strong>, au service de la performance
